Vintage, 1960s/1970s skirt and vest set, in funky red and black floral pattern. Skirt is high waisted, with a-line fit, and top is cropped. Fabric is very thick. Vest is lined with silky interior, the skirt has no lining. Appears to be homemade. In good vintage condition.
